Is my data safe?
Every product an import changes is backed up first and kept for 7 days. Data is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt), and uploaded files are deleted automatically after 7 days.
Can I undo an import?
Yes. Restore puts products back as they were, with the same IDs and no duplicates. A backup is taken first, so the restore itself can be undone too.
Will an empty cell erase my data?
No. Only the columns you include are applied, and empty cells are left alone. To erase a value on purpose, type [clear].
Does it work with Shopify's product CSV format?
Yes. Sheetsmith works with Shopify's product CSV format, and re-importing an unchanged export writes nothing.
What if my file is too big for my plan?
The preview tells you which plan you need before anything runs.
