The legal guarantee notice is one switch and a placement. GARAN is filled in per product, in bulk by collection, vendor or catalog, or by CSV.

The lowest price of the last 30 days
The Omnibus Directive asks a shop announcing a reduction to state the lowest price that applied in the preceding 30 days. Shopify keeps no price history, so that figure exists nowhere in your admin. PriceProof 30 records every price change on every variant, works out the real low, and prints it under your price — per variant, in the currency the shopper is browsing in.
The EU legal guarantee notice, in 24 languages
Since 27 September 2026 a shop selling to consumers in the EU has to show the Commission's harmonised notice about the legal guarantee of conformity, before the sale is concluded. The app serves the Commission's own artwork, unaltered, in all 24 official languages, and picks the one your storefront is being read in. Product page, cart, or both — you choose. It's free on every plan, including the free one.
The GARAN durability label, where it's allowed
Where the manufacturer gives a free guarantee of durability longer than two years, the GARAN label carries its length, brand and model. Fill it in for one product, a collection, a vendor or the whole catalog, or by CSV with a preview before anything is written. Two years or less is refused: the label is lawful only above what the law already requires.
It tells you when a shopper cannot see it
The dashboard carries a line per obligation, and each says whether a shopper can actually see it — not merely whether it's switched on. A switch turned on with no block in your theme, a label that failed to publish, a value edited in the Shopify admin and now out of step: each one says so, and each ends in the screen that fixes it.
Three theme blocks, nothing to code
Each part is a theme app block. Drag it under Price in the theme editor and save. The app never writes to your theme, the notice and the label need no JavaScript and make no request back to the app, and uninstalling takes the blocks with it.

Does this make my store compliant?
No, and no app can promise that. PriceProof 30 displays the information the law requires and tells you where it's missing. Whether a particular product needs the notice or the label, and what it should say, stays your decision.
Does it show prices from before I installed the app?
No. Shopify does not store past prices, so tracking starts on the day you install. Until thirty days of history exist, the app says the window is still filling rather than showing an incomplete figure as if it were complete.
Is the legal guarantee notice the real one?
Yes — the European Commission's own file, unaltered, in all 24 official EU languages, including the QR code that takes a shopper to the Your Europe portal. Its wording, colours and layout are fixed by Regulation (EU) 2025/1960 and cannot be edited, here or anywhere else.
When may I show the GARAN label?
Only where the manufacturer gives a free guarantee of durability longer than two years, covering the whole product. The app refuses a duration of two years or less, because showing the label without grounds is itself a breach.
Can I fill GARAN in for hundreds of products?
Yes. Bulk fill by collection, tag, vendor or the whole catalog, or import a CSV. You see a preview of what will change before anything is written, and the rows that failed come back as a file to fix and re-upload.
Do I have to edit my theme?
No. All three parts are theme app blocks: add each under Price in the theme editor and save.
Does it work with multiple currencies?
Yes. The 30-day low is converted through Shopify Markets, so a shopper sees it in the currency they are browsing in.
Which languages does it speak?
The Commission's notice comes in all 24 official EU languages. The app's own wording on the storefront — the price line and the label's caption — is translated into those 24 plus Ukrainian.
Can I show the price line only during a sale?
Yes. Settings has a switch for that, one for hiding the widget until a full thirty days of history exist, and a live preview of how the line will read.
What happens to my data if I uninstall?
The app stores no customer data at all. Shopify notifies it on uninstall, and everything held for the store is erased when the mandatory redaction request arrives, about 48 hours later.
